Which STIXX Protection Film Fits Your Project?

STIXX is part of SP Group’s range of temporary protection films for carpets, windows, and multiple surfaces. All options are low-tack, self-adhesive, and leave no residue when removed.

Surface protection is easy to overlook until something gets scratched, dented, or dusty. Then it’s delays, remedial work, and more spending. STIXX protective films cut that out—no hassle, no residue, no damage underneath.

Let’s get through the range, what each film is for, and where they fit into the job.

Introducing STIXX® by SP Group

STIXX is one of SP Group’s range of temporary protection products, specialising in protective films for carpets, windows, and other surfaces. Each product serves a specific purpose under its parent brands: Floorgard, Glazegard, and Xtragard.

Floorgard is a best-selling line for temporary floor protection, with carpets covered. Glazegard offers film designed to preserve glass surfaces, while Xtragard provides multi-surface solutions such as dust containment.

Whatever the surface you need to protect, there’s a STIXX film built to make the job easier and keep your work damage-free.

Our Three Flagship STIXX Products

Find the right film for every surface, every job:

STIXX Carpet Protective Film

Sold under Floorgard, this film makes protecting carpets quick and simple. It stops dust, dirt, and spills from ruining the floor while work is going on, saving you time and hassle on-site.

STIXX Carpet Protector is a clear, low-tack adhesive film that can be laid in seconds. It offers excellent protection against dust, spills, and wet foot traffic without damaging or tugging the threads or fibres throughout the project.

Using this product cuts down the chance of damage that could slow the job or cost you extra. It sticks well without leaving any residue. Once the task is complete, the film comes off clean, leaving the carpet as it was.

You can always count on STIXX carpet protective film for up to 90 days, far longer than the 30-60 days most standard brands offer. It’s a straightforward way to protect fitted carpets on home renovations, office fit outs, and similar jobs.

STIXX Window Protective Film

This film comes from the Glazegard range. Glass and windows are always at risk without proper protection. This film ensures they’re kept free from damage, including scratches and splatters.

STIXX Window Protector is a low-tack, self-adhesive polyethylene film for interior and exterior glass windows. It’s UV-resistant, making it last longer under the sun’s heat without blocking the natural light coming through.

Avoid setbacks and clean-up issues with STIXX window protector.

STIXX Multi-Surface Protector

Made for Xtragard, this protective film comes in handy for almost any surface you need to cover during construction or renovation work.

STIXX Multi-Surface Protector is a low-tack, self-adhesive film roll made from tear-resistant PE film for temporary protection on hard surfaces. It holds up well against paint spills, plaster, dust, and dirt, and removes them cleanly.

It’s suitable for hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, kitchen worktops, and furniture. The best part? It can work as a substitute for the two films above. Though we still recommend using specific films for specific jobs, STIXX multi-surface protector is a good all-rounder.

STIXX Builders Merchant Displays

All STIXX variants are available in display boxes for trades and builders merchants. Each roll is front and centre, with an open-top design so customers can grab a roll on the go.

The box, colour-coded by type, and clear branding stand out, making it easy to spot at the point of sale. It’s FREE of charge when you order the full quantity of rolls – 30 rolls of 25m or 20 rolls of 50m.
